CONTRABAND - Horseman Heart is technically contraband by association, but as it is a crafted item and not an item that has to be found, if a user with no Streetwise Rixixi owns the necessary items, they may still craft it!

Use:

• Can be used on an uploaded Rixixi to add a Chasm Horseman alternate form and the Horseman Host skill. The Horseman form should be an uploaded import on Chasmho.me.

Skill: Horseman Host: Any negative effects from Radiation Sickness are inverted. If they cannot be inverted, they simply will not trigger. Does not effect Chasmhome or any Coat radiation sicknesses.

• When equipped along with Hypnotic Disguise, the pair of items can allow the designer to make a 100% custom import, as long as the import has been warped or made strange in some way by the Horseman.
  
  "Warped or made Strange" can be interpreted as loosely as a Horseman is - this thing has been visually bothered, influenced, corrupted, etc by a powerful cosmic entity. The character should visually fit the description of "Horseman Host", but you may not have to change much about a personal OC to fit this. Even just adding a haunted expression is allowed as an interpretation of low physical influence.
  
  Using the Hypnotic Disguise and Horseman Heart together allows you to fully edit the appearance of the character. It is easier to explain what not to do than what is allowed here.
  
  The markings on the genotype should still show, if they logically would. If your character has lost a significant portion of normal and visible skin due to Horseman influence, they would not show markings and you don't have to add markings to whatever is in its place.
  
  Please keep imports to a PG-13 rating maximum. It can be a high PG-13, we do host gore on imports, but it is typically colorful and cartoony gore that is obviously a strange toony science experiment. No genitals showing at all no matter what, gore should be low detail or toony. Something like clean (bloodless, not incredibly veiny) organs or musculature showing underneath glass frog style skin is allowed. Body horror is allowed, this page is the Horseman Heart. Hate speech and related symbols may not be used.
  
  Please do not use this combination on its own to edit or remove the background, however, you can float accessories and magic, do a Problems or Mind Over Matter-style body parts float, make an aura, and add scars/clothing/etc, all of these without the typical items or genes for this. Consider it as: If it's an additional cosmetic part, it is applicable here. If it is not part of the character (background etc) and does not touch the character in any way (not accessories, problems, aura, etc), it also cannot apply here, the disguise combo is not that powerful of an AOE. If it hides something what was supposed to be visible, check the other rules first.
  
  To update the Hypnotic Heart Disguise combination after it is applied, you may go to Design Approval with a normal Pigment Restyling Laser, no other items are needed unless you are adding/changing those. The custom import and anything added with it will be considereed a regular import as far as the Pigment Restyling Laser goes.
