If you send in a claim and it's noticed on the lorekeeper you haven't put in one before, you'll get 2. The end date on newbies getting 2 is err, when I start forgetting to put it as two myself. I'll be putting it as 2 without it being mentioned for as long as I can remember.

Anareizh is also free for the entire month of July rather than just once.
